1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or purchasing from Smithville Collectibles, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Descriptions We make every effort to accurately describe items, but variations or typographical errors may occur.

3. Pricing & Payments All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through approved third party providers.

4. Order Processing Orders are processed in the order received. High value transactions may require identity verification.

5. Shipping Shipping rates, carriers, and delivery times vary. Tracking information is provided when available.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns are subject to our posted Return & Refund Policy. Certain items may be final sale.

7. Limitation of Liability Smithville Collectibles is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

1. General Return Policy Due to the nature of rare coins, bullion, and collectibles, most sales are final. However, returns are accepted only if: The item delivered is materially different from the listing description or photos. The item was damaged in transit, with evidence and claim submitted within 24 hours of delivery. The wrong item was shipped. A recognized third-party confirms, in writing, that the item is not genuine (rare cases). We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, price fluctuations, or if graded slabs have been opened or tampered with.

2. Return Window For collectible/graded items: returns must be requested within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery. For bullion: within 48 hours. Damage claims: within 24 hours.

3. Condition Requirements Returned items must match condition received and include all original packaging. Slabs must remain sealed. Raw coins must match identifying details.

4. Authenticity Guarantee If PCGS/NGC/CAC verifies an item as counterfeit, we issue a full refund including shipping after documentation is provided.

5. Damaged Shipments Photograph packaging and item within 24 hours and email Kranky@smithvillecollectibles.com. Refunds follow carrier claim approval.

6. Refund Processing Refunds processed within 3–7 business days after inspection. Shipping not refunded unless our error.

7. Exchanges Case by case, only if identical item is in stock.

8. Non Returnable Items Includes bullion market priced items, opened rolls, tampered slabs, custom items, grab bags, clearance items.

9. Order Cancelation Unshipped orders may be canceled (3% fee may apply). Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
